Production Associates

Job Expectations:

• Operate thermoforming manufacturing equipment; feed raw materials and clear jams
• Conduct visual quality inspections
• Case-pack finished goods
• Enjoy a work environment based on individual trust and respect by rewarding outstanding performance, and providing opportunities for personal growth.

Qualifications of ideal candidates:

• Possess an outstanding positive attitude
• High school diploma, with basic math, sorting, checking, and standard measurement skills
• Be self-confident, self-motivated, team oriented individuals
• Demonstrate strong ability to communicate with coworkers while effectively managing multiple priorities.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus!
• Must have ability to stand, bend, and lift cases up to 40 pounds throughout each shift.
